Paul has literally grown up in this business, assuming leadership of his family’s enterprise just over a decade ago. All in, he has more than 30 years experience in the customs and freight industry, and has been an active member of the industry associations that helped shape the current systems. He offers his clients a unique depth of understanding of the connection between distribution and successful business strategies and welcomes the discussion.
On a personal note, Paul is a devoted family man and who loves to be active. He welcomes good conversation about cycling, soccer, hockey, politics and quality TV.

Serrena has 25 years’ experience with Courtney and knows the agency inside and out. She sets up new clients – imports and exports – and makes connections between your business needs and the right internal specialists to meet those needs.
She provides social glue for our amazing team – she spearheads celebrations for people’s life events. Who doesn’t love a person like that.
