Virginia has 30 years’ experience in finance, small business, international development, sustainability and governance. Her focus is two-fold: customer experience and, its complementary piece, team development. At the foundation of all she does is a strong belief in a corporation’s responsibility for the effects it has on its people, its communities and the environment.
