Through this portal, you can access your shipment status and shipment details; view and download commercial invoices, permits, release notification messages, billing statements and delivery orders; and upload missing shipment information. ACI-ACE eManifest Highway Request Complete this form to request ACI or ACE service for truck shipments. ACI is Advance Commercial Information with CBSA for trucks entering Canada; and ACE is Automated Commercial Environment with CBP for trucks entering USA. Contact Courtney if you are a new user so we may first register you for the program. PARS Notification Sheet If you are a vendor or transport company sending goods to Canada, complete and forward this form to Courtney along with your shipment documents. This form will help expedite your border crossing into Canada. Canada Customs Invoice In the event you do not have a commercial invoice for your goods, or if your commercial invoice does not contain all the required information, complete this form and submit with your other shipment documents. US Customs Invoice Complete this form if you currently do not have one completed for your shipment moving from Canada to the U.S. USMCA/T-MEC/CUSMA Trade Agreement On July 1, 2020, the USMCA/T-MEC/CUSMA free trade agreement comes into effect and replaces NAFTA. The USA calls it USMCA, Mexico calls it T-MEC and Canada calls it CUSMA. This memo contains important changes including actions importers and exporters must take to remain eligible for duty free tariff treatment of their goods. You may present Certifications of Origin in any format as long as you include required data elements and it is duly signed and dated. Watch this video to learn what you need to know about the changes coming July 1st and what you need to do to take advantage of this new trade agreement for your products. USMCA/T-MEC/CUSMA Certificate of Origin Complete, sign and submit this form for goods that are eligible for USMCA/T-MEC/CUSMA duty-free tariff treatment. Certification of Origin Continuation Page(s) Use this form if you need more pages to list your products. Remember to include the total number of pages at the top of each page. Exporter Proof of Origin This statement is completed by exporters of goods coming into Canada that qualify for preferential tariff treatment under GPT, LDDC and CARIBCAN. NB: NAFTA certificates are no longer valid for shipments after July 1, 2020. These forms remain online temporarily for use in limited cases such as duty refunds for shipments that clear customs before July 1, 2020. Instead, please use USMCA/ T-MEC/CUSMA guidance and forms found above. NAFTA Certificate of Origin Complete and sign either one of these forms for goods that are eligible for NAFTA.
