Getting Started - New Clients
If you are a new customer to Courtney Agencies Ltd., the best first step is to contact us. Client Information Form - For New and Potential Customers You may also fill out the client information form and fax it to our office at (+1) 604-683-7004 or 1-800-956-8388; or email the information to us at info@courtney.ca. Once you become a Courtney client, we will ask you to complete one or more agreements to allow us to work on your behalf. For example, the General Agency Agreement (GAA) allows Courtney Agencies Ltd. to clear customs on clients’ behalf at any port in Canada. If you are planning to import goods into Canada, you may complete this form. Credit Application Form – For New and Existing Customers If you would like to apply for credit, please complete, sign and fax credit application to our office. Please call if you have questions.
If you are only planning a single (one-time) importation, you may instead complete a One Time Power of Attorney Form. One Time Power of Attorney Form (Complete, sign and fax to Courtney Agencies) Please review and familiarize yourself with the CSCB Standard Trading Conditions document. CSCB Standard Trading Conditions (Print, review, retain for your records) If you plan to export goods to the U.S., Courtney Agencies Ltd. will provide you with additional required export forms to complete.
