Tribunal maintains injury finding on hot-rolled carbon steel plate from China
The Canadian International Trade Tribunal announced on August 9 the continuation of its January 2013 order concerning the dumping of hot-rolled carbon steel plate from China.
The Tribunal found that the dumping of hot-rolled carbon steel plate from China was likely to result in injury. The Canada Border Services Agency will therefore continue to impose anti-dumping duties on this product.
In March the Canada Border Services Agency had determined that the expiry of the Tribunal's findings was likely to result in the continuation or resumption of dumping of the subject goods.
