Tribunal finds dumping of dry wheat pasta from Turkey injures Canadian industry
The Canadian International Trade Tribunal announced on July 26, 2018 its finding that the dumping and subsidizing of dry wheat pasta, originating in or exported from Turkey has caused injury to the domestic industry.
Anti-dumping and countervailing duties will therefore be collected by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) on importations of these goods.
The Tribunal's inquiry and finding follow the issuance by the President of the CBSA of a final determination dated June 26, 2018 to the effect that the above-mentioned goods have been dumped and subsidized.
