CBSA extends reinvestigation of values of gypsum board from the U.S.
The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) announced that it needed more time to complete the re-investigation to update the normal values and export prices respecting certain certain gypsum board originating in or exported from the United States of America, imported into Canada for use or consumption in the provinces of British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba, as well as the Yukon and Northwest Territories (Western Canada).
Orders from the Canadian International Trade Tribunal impose anti-dumping duty on importations of the specified goods.
The CBSA extended the conclusion of the re-investigation 19 days due to the complexity and novelty of the issues presented by the re-investigation. Consequently, the re-investigation will be concluded by July 18, 2018.
