The Canadian International Trade Tribunal announced its finding that the dumping and subsidizing of certain polyethylene terephthalate resin (PET resin) from China, India, Oman and Pakistan have not caused and are not threatening to cause injury to the domestic industry.
Accordingly, anti-dumping and countervailing duties will not be collected by the Canada Border Services Agency.
The complainant in this case was a manufacturer from Montreal, Quebec.
