- Directive D-01-02 May 4, 2010 (3rd Revision) Import Requirements for Packages of Flower Bulbs Purchased in The Netherlands by Travellers Returning to or Visiting Canada. Revised to update the review date, as well as minor administrative changes. The content of this directive has not changed.
Canadian International Trade Tribunal
- Preliminary Injury Inquiry No. PI-2009-005 Greenhouse bell peppers originating in or exported from the Netherlands. Tribunal determines that there is evidence that discloses a reasonable indication that the dumping has caused injury.
